If the utensils are in good condition you could sell or donate to a charity. Metal kitchen cutlery and utensils can be recycled in the scrap metal container the Recycling Centre.
Knives can be place in the Knife deposit bins at the Recycling Centre. Please take care when handling sharp objects.
Put plastic cutlery in your black bin.
