Dos and Don'ts

There are local businesses that may be able to repair your electrical items. If your items are in good condition you may be able to sell or donate them to a charity. Many retailers will collect your unwanted electricals when they deliver your new one – especially larger items . You can take electrical items to a Recycling Centre for recycling.

Any white goods from businesses or commercial premises cannot be taken to the Recycling Centres or collected via the bulky waste scheme.
